step 1

This is a SOLAS, Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) course.

The Must Do Training One Day CSCS Health and Safety at Roadworks course is designed for operatives who are required to work in the proximity of roadworks, in both rural and urban situations. The training is mandatory under the safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006.

CSCS Health and Safety at Roadworks is suitable for those who are responsible for maintaining signage lighting and guarding at roadworks but it is not a suitable qualification for those responsible for setting up or removal of signing lighting and guarding at roadworks – these tasks should be completed by a CSCS Signing, Lighting & Guarding at Roadworks cardholder.
