This is a SOLAS, Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) course.

The Must Do Training One Day CSCS Health and Safety at Roadworks course is designed for operatives who are required to work in the proximity of roadworks, in both rural and urban situations. The training is mandatory under the safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006.

CSCS Health and Safety at Roadworks is suitable for those who are responsible for maintaining signage lighting and guarding at roadworks but it is not a suitable qualification for those responsible for setting up or removal of signing lighting and guarding at roadworks – these tasks should be completed by a CSCS Signing, Lighting & Guarding at Roadworks cardholder.

REQUIREMENTS
IMPORTANT: Candidates must be over 18 and have either a valid CSCS Safe Pass card or IOSH Managing Safely for Construction
qualification. Candidates will be required to send us a copy of their qualifications ahead of training.

Certification

Upon successful completion of this course, candidates will receive a CSCS card and QQI certificate (valid for 5 years)

IMPORTANT: Candidates attending CSCS training must be aged 18+ , have a valid Solas Safe Pass card / IOSH Managing Safely for Construction card and an Irish PPS number.

Candidates will be required to send us a copy of their Solas Safe Pass card prior to attending training.
